What You’ll Do

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the budget, reporting on progress, managing stakeholder engagement, communicating with team members, and planning upcoming project requirements. The Senior Project Manager is fully responsible for all aspects of safety, quality delivery, and project cost. As a Senior Project Manager, leadership, strategic vision, and day‑to‑day detail orientation become critical. The role also supports application engineering with review and approval of capex and proposals. The ideal candidate is an innovative, collaborative, and progressive leader with exceptional business acumen who can translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions. You build trust and credibility, inspire ERockers across the business, and are action‑oriented, resourceful, approachable, and able to influence and lead significant change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies
  • Proficiency in various software applications
  • Analyze financial information such as budgets, expenditures, cost and milestone forecasting, and overall project financial health
  • Control costs by negotiating costs throughout the project to avoid overruns, optimizing resource allocations, and performing risk assessments to forecast potential cost impacts and mitigate them
  • Time management skills
  • Effective communication (written and verbal)
  • Prioritize and understand project sequence to ensure proper execution
  • Find solutions and overcome problems that may impact the project
  • Schedule management abilities and understanding of critical path
  • Provide lessons learned and root‑cause analysis for events
  • Develop process documents
  • Develop project plans for more complex sites
  • Ensure documentation is captured and stored throughout the project process
  • Technical skills to support construction and engineering
  • Resolve scope deviations from client, vendor, or contractor
  • Provide leadership to the project management team
  • Participate in educational programs to update job knowledge and expand personal network
  • Use specialized tools and techniques to delegate and ensure even distribution of tasks among team members
  • Evaluate project progress to detect limitations or faults and seek solutions for increased efficiency
  • Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and guidelines
  • Communicate to internal and external senior management teams
Requirements
  • Demonstrated thought‑leadership in learning, challenging the status quo, and achieving exceptional results
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence a variety of audiences
  • Build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners
  • Experience working within agile methodologies
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
  • Project Management Certification (strongly preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a relevant role
  • Minimum 5+ years technical field experience, specifically with energy & technology
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and project management skills related to prioritizing and executing timely deliverables within timeline, scope, and budget
  • Ability to understand business needs to drive buy‑in among company leaders to enable transformation and advance strategic priorities while building rapport and fostering a collaborative working environment
  • Field travel required
