Job summary

The Nascence Group LLC is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the company’s principal on-site representative with full authority for contract performance. The role is based on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Hawaii, coordinating facilities and lighting maintenance for the Oahu contract and interfacing with government officials.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience managing a workforce on large, complex contracts.
• Relevant management experience in facilities and lighting maintenance and repair services.
• Must be on-site during Government working hours and within one hour after.
• Ability to provide one to five qualifying project examples and complete attachments as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall execution of facilities and lighting maintenance contract on Oahu.
• Manage personnel, trades, subcontractors, schedules, service orders, preventative maintenance, repairs, emergency response, and contract deliverables.
• Serve as primary interface with the Contracting Officer, CO's Representative, installation representatives, and Nascence leadership.
• Coordinate work involving HEMP shelters, photovoltaic and solar-hot-water systems, water systems, UPS equipment, lighting, filters, security doors, and reverse-osmosis systems.
• Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement, staffing commitments, schedules, safety requirements, quality requirements, and reporting obligations.
• Coordinate mobilization, transition, workforce coverage, emergency response, and continuity of operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct the overall execution of the facilities and lighting maintenance contract across Oahu.
• Manage personnel, specialty trades, subcontractors, schedules, service orders, preventive maintenance, repairs, emergency response, and contract deliverables.
• Serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative, installation representatives, and Nascence leadership.
• Coordinate work involving HEMP shelters, photovoltaic and solar-hot-water systems, water systems, UPS equipment, lighting, filters, security doors, and reverse-osmosis systems.

Required Qualifications And Availability

• At least three years of experience managing a workforce performing contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• Relevant management experience in facility and lighting maintenance and repair services.
• Must be centrally located on-site during the Government's regular working hours.
• Must be available on-site within one hour after the Government's regular working hours.
• Must provide one to five qualifying project examples and complete Attachment L-2 for each proposed project.

Experience Requirement

The candidate must have at least three years of relevant management experience and must have participated in and managed work on one or more projects of similar size, scope, complexity, and magnitude to this facilities and lighting maintenance requirement.
