Summary/Objective

Reedy Construction Group is a growing Commercial and Industrial construction manager and general contractor headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina. Reedy CG provides full design/build services for the leading national developers in the southeast market. We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded Project Manager to join our team. This job will require travel between multiple jobsites located throughout the Upstate.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities


• Work with superintendents to plan, organize and direct activities related to construction projects


• Assist with estimating potential projects


• Implement project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications


• Proactively develop relationships with the subcontractor community


• Manages and obtains necessary permits for each project


• Processes change orders


• Draft and submit subcontractor contracts for each project


• Promote health and safety standards on work site


• Make sure that the project meets legal requirements
