Coho Consulting Group in Fort Bragg, NC is seeking a Project Manager to support IT initiatives within the SOCOM Information Environment (SIE). The role plans, coordinates, executes, monitors, and closes projects delivering new or enhanced IT capabilities for USSOCOM and allied commands.

The ideal candidate will hold a PMP certification, have experience in DoD or federal programs, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills while applying standard project management

Job description

Coho Consulting Group is seeking a Project Manager to support Information Technology (IT) initiatives within the SOCOM Information Environment (SIE) at Fort Bragg, NC. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring, and closing projects that deliver new or enhanced IT capabilities supporting USSOCOM, Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and deployed forces. This position works closely with Government stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established project management best practices.

Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Security Clearance

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance required

• Education and Certification:

  • No degree required
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government programs
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
