Calista is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple EOIR-related projects nationwide and overseas. You will lead day-to-day activities, coordinate with Government Task Managers, and ensure schedules, milestones, and deliverables align with contractual objectives.
The role requires US citizenship, DOJ/PTI eligibility, and a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; a pre-employment background check and drug test are required.
The Project Management is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of ongoing projects supporting the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) Headquarters and field locations throughout the United States and overseas. This individual provides day-to-day leadership of project activities, ensures operational continuity during contract transition, coordinates with Government Task Managers (GTMs), and oversees project schedules, deliverables, and reporting to ensure uninterrupted mission support. The Project Management serves as a key liaison between Government stakeholders and contractor personnel, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with contractual objectives.

The principal place of performance will be EOIR Headquarters located in Falls Church, VA.
