Garney Construction in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in water and wastewater construction to lead on-site execution, manage cost control, scheduling, and owner relations in a dynamic project environment.

You will supervise site personnel, negotiate purchases, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects on time and within budget. A Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and 7–10 years of field experience are preferred.
