Job summary

Actalent in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Project Manager to be the primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful planning, coordination and execution of projects. You will maintain control over scope, timelines and budgets, translate customer specifications into deliverables, and produce accurate drawings for manufacturing partners.

This fully onsite role blends office work with time on the production floor and requires engineering knowledge and CAD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience managing projects in industrial, manufacturing, or construction settings.
• 1+ years of experience reading AutoCAD drawings and specifications.

Work Environment

This role is based primarily in an office within a rapidly growing engineering and manufacturing organization. Project Managers spend 75–80% of their time at a desk collaborating with teams, with regular time on the production floor. Customer interaction occurs onsite, with rare travel limited to specialized installation teams. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM, totaling 40-hour work weeks. The team consists of 25 members, reporting to a manager.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Des Moines, IA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
