Job summary

Long View Systems in Denver is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead large-scale IT projects for multiple clients as a full-time hire. You will drive program delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and partner with executive stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in program or project management, strong communication, and certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, PROSCI OCM). A collaborative culture and growth opportunities are offered within a supportive PMO.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management on large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and project teams.
• Knowledge of change and problem management and risk anticipation.
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders, teams and leaders.
• Strong team-oriented mindset with ability to lead complex IT projects.
• Ability to produce effective documentation including schedule, budget, scope, and status reports.
• Superior interpersonal skills.
• Experience in technology consulting.

Long View is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager for our Denver branch as a full-time employee. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering large and complex IT projects for multiple clients!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction on program delivery to support our and our clients' organizational vision
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous improvement within the PMO

• PMP certification
• PROSCI Organizational Change Management designation
