DPR Construction is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Denver, CO to lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects and to oversee a team of project engineers and assistants, coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders on site.
Responsibilities include driving safety, quality, and schedule performance, managing procurement and project finances, and ensuring adherence to project scope and client expectations. Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience required.

Manages construction project individuals to deliver high-quality results and foster professional growth. Provides full project leadership with accountability for end-to-end project delivery, representing the project team and resolving complex execution, stakeholder, and risk-related issues. Oversees the successful delivery of construction project(s) by providing advanced knowledge of construction activities, methodologies, and industry standards. Manages and develops the full project team, including project engineers and assistant project managers, through coaching, feedback, and performance oversight. Manages and coordinates multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met. Ensures efficient project execution by monitoring team progress, analyzing project performance, identifying and resolving both routine and complex issues, owning project financials, contract administration, risk management, and complex stakeholder negotiations to achieve financial targets and mitigate risk.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required.
1 - 2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
