DDG is seeking a Coastal Engineering Project Manager in Covington, LA to supervise civil design and permitting for commercial, industrial, municipal projects. You will guide teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure high-quality client service.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years in civil/coastal engineering, proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and staff across phases from preliminary design to construction.

Coastal Engineering
The Coastal Engineering Project Manager is responsible for overall supervision of commercial, industrial, municipal, and various other civil design & permitting projects. The Project Manager’s focus will be providing utmost satisfaction to the client aligning with DDG’s core values. The Project Manager should strive to ensure projects are completed within the allocated schedule and budget provided. The Coastal Engineering Project Manager is expected to operate projects with a certain degree of autonomy using staff and resources available within DDG’s offices to provide the client with the highest quality of services. The Project Manager should be familiar with project development from preliminary design to development of construction plans to jurisdictional permitting to completion of construction activities. Experience with Client coordination and communication will be fundamental characteristics for the prospective Project Manager.
