Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Business Innovation Consultant Lead to drive complex wealth management initiatives, streamline funds movement, account openings, and related processes. You will lead cross-functional teams, interpret data, and deliver data-driven solutions across risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

Assists with modernizing operational processes like funds movement, account opening, and directed transactional activity. Works closely with Business Innovation Team & Directors, Business Leaders, National Practice Leads, as well as segment risk, compliance, trust operations, technology, legal, and audit teams, to develop solutions for improvement. Leads teams to reduce/eliminate manual processing, improve efficiencies. Provides regular reporting to Business Innovation Team and/or Management. Collaborates with Private Bank businesses to develop front office training.
