Job summary

Frazier Industrial Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate multiple site projects and ensure efficient use of company resources. You will compile status reports, manage schedules, lead meetings, and resolve technical issues while aligning deliverables with customer requirements.

The role involves budgeting, developing schedules, coordinating material acquisition and outside purchases, and maintaining proactive communication with trades on site.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Experience in materials handling or construction management is a plus.
• Strong communication and site coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
• Prepare and maintain a project budget and schedule.
• Manage project meetings, resolve technical problems, and align deliverables with customer requirements.
• Identify and analyze project requirements and define scope and deliverables.

Job description

• Coordinates all projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems. Identifies and analyzes project requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables with special attention to customer requirements. Will include creating/monitoring engineering schedules, material acquisition, outside purchases and installations.
• Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately. Prepare and maintain a budget for the project. Requires a bachelor's degree in either Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Any experience in the field or in a related area of materials handling or construction management, are a plus.
• Will need to become familiar with all facets of material handling and warehouse concepts, practices, and procedures. A degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a department manager.

Project Managers will handle projects ranging from $500,000 to $10,000,000 plus. Communication skills are essential. Site travel will be as required as deemed necessary to maintain project schedule. Customer retention skills are of primary importance. Candidates should possess a sociable demeanor in order to be able to deal with other trades on a project site.
