Job summary

Lifecore Biomedical, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Chaska, MN to lead complex client programs within our CDMO. This onsite role partners with cross-functional teams and external clients to bring pharmaceutical and medical device products from concept to commercialization.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, risks, and communications, while ensuring regulatory and quality requirements are met. A strong emphasis on collaboration and stakeholder relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science required or preferred.
• 2-5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams in technical environments.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.

• Lead multiple projects through planning, execution, monitoring, and completion with internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for client programs, maintaining alignment on objectives and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project documentation for clients and internal teams.
• Drive schedules, milestones, risks, and issue resolution for project success.
• Communicate status and business impacts to clients, teams, and leadership.

Lifecore has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead complex, technical client programs within our dynamic Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). In this highly visible role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams and external clients to bring innovative pharmaceutical and medical device products from concept through commercialization.

This is an onsite role based in Chaska, Minnesota.

As a key member of our project management team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead multiple projects through planning, execution, monitoring, and completion while coordinating cross-functional internal teams and external client stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client programs, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and knowledge resources for clients and internal stakeholders
• Drive project schedules, milestones, risks, and issue resolution to support successful project outcomes
• Communicate project status, business impacts, and key milestones to clients, team members, and leadership
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure project objectives are achieved while meeting quality, regulatory, and business requirements

This position could be a great fit for you have strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills along with the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering or Science preferred
• 2-5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams in a technical or regulated environment
• Experience managing client-facing projects and building effective stakeholder relationships
• Technical experience with manufacturing, production, or product development processes; CDMO experience preferred
• Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical cGMP experience preferred
• Solid understanding and practical application of project management principles, methodology, and tools
• Demonstrated success onboarding new projects and clients while managing multiple priorities
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Starting Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually with consideration given for relevant skills and experience.
