Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex projects on time.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor your message to executives and technical teams alike.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable education and job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects or large-scale initiatives through the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in partnership with stakeholders and leadership
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reporting
• Identify risks and dependencies early, and drive mitigation and escalation as needed
• Facilitate meetings, including kickoffs, standups, steering committees, and retrospectives, and keep decisions and action items documented
• Communicate clearly with executives, project teams, and external partners or vendors
• Drive change management and adoption so project outcomes stick
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management standards, templates, and best practices
