Qualifications

• 3+ years in abatement, remediation, or environmental construction PM
• Working knowledge of asbestos, lead, mold, demolition, and biohazard regs
• Certifications preferred (Asbestos Supervisor/Contractor, Lead Supervisor, IICRC)
• Containment, decontamination, and waste disposal protocols
• Ability to read specifications, site plans, and scopes of work
• Strong organizational and communication skills; managing multiple sites

Responsibilities

The Project Manager oversees projects from bid through closeout, monitoring that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with applicable environmental and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project timelines, crew assignments, and equipment/material logistics
• Review project scopes, specifications, and site assessments prior to mobilization
• Ensure compliance with project checklist
• Coordinate with site supervisors, crews, to ensure work is executed per approved work plans
• Monitor job site safety practices, including proper PPE use, containment setup, and decontamination procedures
• Track project budgets, labor hours, and material costs; identify and manage change orders
• Coordinate with third-parties when requested
• Review required documentation: waste manifests, disposal records, clearance reports, and closeout packages
• Ensure timely, accurate project documentation for regulatory agencies and internal records
