Role Description

This is a full-time, Project Manager role based in Bridgeport, CT. The Project Manager will oversee glass and glazing projects from planning through completion, coordinating design, fabrication, and installation activities. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules and budgets, tracking materials and deliveries, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients, resolving issues that may impact timelines or costs, and maintaining clear, consistent communication. The Project Manager will also prepare project documentation, monitor progress, and support continuous improvement in processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to oversee multiple projects and timelines.
• Candidates should possess expediting skills, such as experience as an Expeditor and handling Expediting tasks to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Candidates should possess inspection skills, including Inspection experience to verify work quality and compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Candidates should possess logistics management skills, including Logistics Management experience to coordinate transportation, deliveries, and on-site material flow.
• Relevant qualifications include strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with project management software, and familiarity with construction or glazing industry practices.
