Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Manager to lead a high-visibility cost-transformation program, preferably based in Nashville. You will own governance, roadmaps, and interfaces, coordinating with senior leaders to move initiatives from ideation to execution.
The role offers exposure to senior leadership and a chance to manage a complex portfolio across the enterprise. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in program leadership, with strong Power BI/PowerPoint/Excel skills and experience
Schneider Electric has a meaningful opportunity for a Project Manager, preferably in Nashville, to join a high-visibility cost-transformation program. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to orchestrate a complex portfolio from idea through execution.
North America Operations is launching a zero-based review of how we organize and what we spend. Rather than adjusting last year’s budget up or down, zero-based budgeting methodology rebuilds the cost base from the work that actually needs to be done. The program covers two areas: organization (who does what work, and how much capacity we need) and spend (what we buy, and why). The first wave covers project execution and strategy roles across our Business Units, along with non-headcount spend in selected cost centers, and builds on a successful pilot in another Schneider Electric region.
The program is run by a small dedicated team – a Program lead, a Finance lead and an HR lead – working alongside an external consulting partner for the initial projects and to build the capabilities. The team reports to a Steering Committee that includes NAM Senior management.
You will be the program integrator and single point of accountability to the Steering Committee. You will own the program cadence, partner interfaces and system of management—moving every initiative from idea to commitment and execution.
