Job description

Are you passionate about renewable energy and excited by complex, multi-stakeholder projects? As a Project Manager at Resonant Energy you'll guide solar projects from initial development through successful installation, managing multiple concurrent projects to deliver clean energy solutions on time and on budget for communities across Massachusetts.

What You'll Do:

You'll manage multiple solar projects from design through commissioning, managing everything from site evaluations and feasibility analysis to system commissioning and handoff. Your day-to-day involves managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating site evaluations or working with architects, negotiating agreements with installation partners, and guiding projects through permitting and utility interconnection. You'll facilitate stakeholder meetings, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure quality standards while maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the process.

What Makes This Role Exciting:

You'll work at the fast-moving intersection of renewable energy technology and project execution, where no two installations are exactly alike. Each project presents unique technical and logistical puzzles requiring creative problem-solving as you coordinate across clients, financiers, engineers and architects, installation partners, utilities, and regulatory authorities. You'll see the direct results of your work as solar systems come online, and you'll continuously refine processes to improve project delivery and team efficiency.

You'll Thrive If You:
  • Are energized by coordinating across multiple internal and external parties and building strong, productive partnerships
  • Enjoy technical problem-solving and aren't intimidated by complex, changing project conditions
