Job summary

Listen Technologies in Bluffdale, Utah is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional product initiatives. In this role, you will manage end-to-end delivery, align teams, and drive agile processes to ensure quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of experience, knowledge in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and strong communication skills. This position offers a collaborative work environment and competitive compensation and benefits.

• Own end‑to‑end project delivery across the full Product Lifecycle
• Align engineering, product, operations, marketing, and support to hit time, quality, and budget targets
• Manage risk, governance, and stakeholder communication with clarity and consistency
• Drive agile ceremonies and continuous delivery improvement
• Contribute to a quality‑driven, compliance‑focused product environment

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years of PM experience in technology or product development
• Strong command of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies
• Hardware‑software systems experience a strong plus
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Excellent communicator — can translate technical complexity for any audience
