Job summary

Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC in Beaufort, South Carolina seeks a senior Construction Project Manager to lead all phases of multi-project delivery. You will develop budgets, forecast cash flow, and manage owner and subcontractor contracts while guiding teams through planning, execution and closeout.

The role requires 6–10 years of construction management, strong CPM scheduling skills, and proven leadership to mentor engineers and interns. Some travel to job sites and regional offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 6–10 years of construction management experience capable of running complex projects independently.
• Strong knowledge of project startup, mobilization, construction management and project administration.
• Experience managing project financial performance and coordinating resources.
• Proficiency in CPM scheduling software, construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
