Responsibilities

• Keep projects on schedule and within budget while meeting client needs.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate painting projects through completion.
• Coordinate painting crews with estimators and subcontractors.
• Coordinate other trades such as pressure washing, carpentry, stucco repairs.
• Lead meetings and manage documents and records.
• Ensure accurate estimates and job costing; assist with weekly payroll reports.
• Guide project to completion and ensure proper close-out.
