Job summary

Qualifications

• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification highly preferred
• Experience working in a sales and service, corporate or PMO.
• 10% travel is required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite; Experience Adobe Acrobat, PM Software (Planner, Trello, SmartSheet, Monday.com) highly preferred!

Responsibilities

• Learn the internal ordering platform and requirements for order entry.
• Be responsible for data analysis and reporting for your team.
• Interact daily with clients and manufacturing partners/suppliers.
• Identify areas of improvement within processes and procedures.
• Drive best practices through feedback to partners and clients and receive feedback as well.
• Oversee daily requests from Sales manager, Office manager and Clients; maintain independence, organization and attention to detail.

What will I do?

As a Project Manager in our Austin, TX sales office you will manage projects from conceptual design ideas, through manufacturing to final distribution supporting the Sales Manager. Stephen Gould looks for highly motivated, energetic, and friendly individual who understands the keys to success in this position are communication and organization. Our Austin, TX office is a fast paced, and deadline driven environment, high accountability and team-oriented goal effort is a must.

• You will learn the internal ordering platform and requirements for order entry and need a thorough understanding of multiple manufacturing processes.
• You will be responsible for data analysis and reporting for your team.
• You will interact daily with both clients and manufacturing partners/suppliers building these relationships for long term business.
• You will identify areas of improvement within processes and procedures.
• You will have an opportunity to drive best practice though feedback to partners and clients and receive feedback as well.
• You will have oversight on daily requests from Sales manager, Office manager and Clients and independence, organization, detail orientation and motivation are paramount.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred + 3 years of experience.
• Associates degree + 4 years of experience
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification highly preferred
• Experience working in a sales and service, corporate or PMO.
• 10% travel is required
• Highly preferred background in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite Experience Adobe Acrobat, PM Software (Planner, Trello, SmartSheet, Monday.com) highly preferred!

Flexibility to work hybrid of 3 days in office and 2 days remote after getting up to speed in the role.
