This position manages project planning and scheduling, coordinates field and office teams, and ensures materials, equipment, and subcontractor services are available when needed. The role includes monitoring budgets and timelines, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation to keep projects on schedule and within cost targets. The Project Manager collaborates with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage change orders, and uphold quality and safety standards.
