Job summary

MillerClapperton is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead exterior cladding projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.

In this role, you will mentor junior team members, coordinate with clients, contractors and internal groups, review contracts, budgets, schedules and shop drawings, and drive excellence across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Exterior cladding or construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other Segment Managers to meet project requirements
