Job summary

Aderant is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple small to mid-size software projects. You will coordinate with staff and stakeholders across our global client base, ensuring successful implementations and on-time delivery.

This role emphasizes client-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic business outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience in software project life cycles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years experience leading complex software implementations for the full project life cycle.
• Proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment.
• Project team management experience.
• Excellent client facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning and implementation of the project.
• Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Defining project tasks and resource requirements.
• Developing project plans.
• Assembling and coordinating project staff.
• Managing project budget.
• Managing project resource allocation.
• Planning and scheduling project timelines.
• Tracking project deliverables using CRM and PSA tools daily.
• Providing direction and support to the project team.
• Monitoring and reporting on progress to all stakeholders.
• Presenting reports on progress, problems, and solutions.
• Implementing and managing project changes to achieve goals.

Role Description:

The Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage multiple small to mid-size projects simultaneously and coordinate with all levels of staff and stakeholders across firms who will benefit from our comprehensive solutions.This is an excellent opportunity to work for a cutting edge, global, and legal software company. • Experience in Global accounting
• Implementation or working experience with ERP systems
• Law firm practical experience including client facing, support, and administrative
• A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment
• Experience leading complex software implementations for the full project life cycle
