Job summary

Freudenberg Performance Materials LP (USA) is seeking a seasoned Capital Projects Manager to lead high-impact manufacturing initiatives in Asheville. You will oversee capital projects from definition to execution, ensuring safety and alignment with policy.

You will coordinate contractors, drive priority setting for utilities, and apply automation and robotics to support production capacity while developing in-depth technical understanding of production processes.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering (preferred); other disciplines acceptable based upon work experience.
• 5-10 years in a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years of capital project management or participation.
• PMP or CAPM certification (preferred).
