Your Mission

• As a Project Manager, you’ll helm the execution of exciting software and business projects from inception to completion. You’ll be the vital link between our crew and our clients, ensuring smooth sailing by:

1. Planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to deliver top-quality results.
2. Collaborating with our talented developers, designers, and other stakeholders to align visions and goals.
3. Identifying risks, troubleshooting challenges, and celebrating successes.
4. Managing resources effectively while maintaining open communication and trust with clients and team members.
5. Contributing to the Sailrs vision by exploring and developing new ideas, technologies, and opportunities.

Required Skills

• A proven track record of successful project management in the digital or software space.
• Excellent communication skills—you thrive in turning chaos into clarity.
• Organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders with ease.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies (no coding required, but curiosity is a must).
