Job summary
Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Andover, MA is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to plan, execute and deliver industrial, manufacturing, or CAPEX projects within scope, schedule and cost targets. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage contractors and vendors, and ensure safety and regulatory standards are met.

The Industrial Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering industrial, manufacturing, or capital projects within scope, schedule, and cost targets. This role leads cross‑functional teams, manages contractors and vendors, and ensures all projects meet operational, quality, and safety standards. Projects may include facility upgrades, equipment installations, process improvements, automation initiatives, and large‑scale CAPEX deployments.
- Define scope, requirements, success criteria, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Work with engineering teams to review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, and validation of industrial equipment.
- Oversee construction and layout changes within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Manage vendor/OEM relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations.
