Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an accredited Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in construction management or engineering.
• Strong communication, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and engage with field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with Project Set Up.
• Learn Submittal review and tracking for Project.
• Learn Schedule development and update management of Project.
• Learn Cost Management tracking of Project.
• Learn Change Management collection, tracking and approvals.
• Advocate for Safety culture throughout Company and Project.
• Assist and Collect Punch Management process of Project.
• Learn QA/QC process on Project.
• Learn and Assist with Warranty process on Project.
• Learn and Assist with Closeout process on Project.
• Project Estimating: develop estimates from conception to contract execution including quantity take-off.
