CBRE is seeking a Project Management Consultant to manage real estate projects from initiation through completion on-site in the United States. This full-time role requires coordinating scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives, with up to 5% travel.
You will work with facilities maintenance teams and on-site construction crews, applying structured project management, risk assessment, and clear communication to deliver projects on time and within budget.
This is a full-time, on-site, position and hybrid or work from home is not an option. There may be some off-hours or weekends depending on the project schedule with up to 5% travel. This position is part of CBRE’s Project Management function and is responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.

As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will provide end-to-end project management services for this prestigious client, directly supporting their strategic business objectives. Strong communication, technical writing, workload management, risk management along with leadership, creativity, organizational, adaptability, critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates must be comfortable and effective working with both facilities’ maintenance teams and on-site construction teams, being able to clearly collaborate amongst all to solve problems and bring projects successfully to completion.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $125K per year and the maximum salary for the position is or $145K per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
