Job summary

Rewire, Heidelberg, Germany, is seeking a Project Leader to guide data and AI transformation projects for clients onsite and across Europe.

You will lead project streams, drive analytics, integrate AI solutions, and ensure value delivery while mentoring 1–3 junior team members. You’ll collaborate with senior experts and client teams to create impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or data/AI environments.
• Ability to manage workstreams and coordinate with clients.

• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites in Germany/Europe.
• Fluent in English and German.

• A strong academic track record (STEM field preferred), fluency in both English and German (written and spoken), and willingness to travel regularly to client sites

Where you’ll work

Most projects require working onsite at client locations throughout Germany (and occasionally Europe) for several days per week.

While our main office is located in Heidelberg, many of our team members are based across various cities in Germany. This reflects our flexible and distributed team structure and means that relocation is not a requirement.

When not working onsite with clients, you're warmly welcome to work from our Heidelberg office or from home.
