Job summary

Qualifications

• Active PE license required.

Responsibilities

• Managing structural projects from concept through construction.
• Overseeing project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Leading structural design, coordination, and quality control.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project partners.
• Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Mentoring and supervising Project Engineers and junior staff.
• Supporting proposals, client development, and new project pursuits.
• Providing technical leadership and resolving design challenges throughout project delivery.
