Job summary

Mphasis is seeking a Technical Quality Assurance - Sr Professional II to drive performance testing and optimization in a distributed cloud/Linux environment. You will design, execute, and automate performance tests using LoadRunner to measure throughput, latency and scalability under varied load conditions.

Qualified candidates have strong Java or C experience, profiling tool expertise (YourKit, AppDynamics, NMON, DB2MON), and familiarity with CI pipelines (Jenkins) and WebSphere/WebLogic

Qualifications

• 8–11 years experience as an IC in QA.
• Experience in LoadRunner performance testing.
• Design, execute, and automate performance test cases for throughput, latency and scalability in cloud/virtualized Linux environments.
• Strong experience with Java or C in distributed cloud environments.
• Expertise in performance analysis of complex Java and database applications.
• Profiling and debugging of CPU/memory allocations in Java applications.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems and CI processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute performance tests to measure throughput, latency, and scalability.
• Automate test cases and integrate them into CI pipelines (Jenkins).
• Analyze results and provide deployment and scalability recommendations.
• Profile and optimize Java/C applications in large-scale cloud/virtualized Linux environments.
• Collaborate with DB teams on Oracle database performance analyses.

Technical Quality Assurance - Sr Professional II (Grade 10) [Experience: 8-11 Years; Individual Contributor role]

• Experience in Performance testing using Load runner
• Design, execute, and automate performance and scalability test cases for measurement of throughput, latency and response times under various load conditions.
• Able to analyze results, and make deployment and scalability recommendations based on findings.
• Strong experience in programming languages such as Java or C, in a distributed, large scale cloud or virtualization environment in Linux/Unix.
• Expertise in performance analysis of complex Java and database applications.
• Knowledge of Java CPU, memory or object allocation profiling.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment
• Knowledge of continuous integration process using Jenkins and build deployment using WebSphere & WebLogic
• Knowledge of Profiling tools - Your kit java profiler , App Dynamics, NMON , DB2MON
• Strong Expertise with analyzing and debugging performance issues on Oracle databases
