Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in senior living and mixed-use/multifamily markets.
• Deep knowledge of building codes and licensing regulations (IBC, Wisconsin DHS, NFPA 101).
• Exceptional organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project delivery from entitlement to construction administration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants.
• Ensure drawings and deliverables align with project goals and quality standards.
• Coach and guide project architects and designers.
