IDR is seeking a Project Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, TX.This role is within the electric transportation and emerging technologies sector, focusing on managing operations of a large EV charging network and supporting innovative EV programs. The position offers remote flexibility with occasional in-person stakeholder meetings and site visits, providing an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, industry-leading environment.

Position Overview for the Project Lead:

• Support the operations of over 1,200 EV charging ports within Austin Energy’s Plug-In Everywhere Network.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Provide research, analysis, and reporting to support emerging technology projects and program improvements.
• Assist in incentives processing, compliance, and program outreach to promote EV adoption.
• Offer regular updates to management and stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.

Requirements for the Project Lead:

• 3+ years of project or program management and coordination experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel reporting.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of electric vehicle and related technologies knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and analyze large datasets.
