At HR Green, our Survey team plays a critical role in supporting land development, transportation, and municipal projects by delivering accurate data that everything else is built on. Our Project Land Surveyor I/IIposition offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across Illinois, including residential and commercial developments, roadway improvements, and municipal infrastructure.
You will be part of a growing Survey Group where your work directly contributes to project success and long-term community development.
In this role, you will support and lead land surveying efforts across both field and office environments, contributing to projects from initial research through final deliverables.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and contractors to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Land Surveyor I/II: $79,200.00-146,800.00
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Illinois Salary Transparency amendment to the Equal Pay Act of 2003. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
