Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of HSSE policies, procedures, and systems across project activities and ensure compliance with corporate standards and local regulations.
• Conduct field inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and potential risks, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Monitor HSSE performance indicators and drive improvements based on trends and operational data.
• Lead and support incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Oversee Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) systems and verify critical safety controls such as LOTO, gas testing, and barricading before work begins.
• Supervise contractors and field crews to ensure adherence to HSSE procedures, safety standards, and site rules.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through field leadership, Gemba walks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in HSSE environments.
