Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Governance Analyst to deliver consulting services on IT infrastructure projects and AV upgrades across occupied offices in the US. You will support governance, reporting, and risk management within project portfolios.

The role involves developing dashboards, maintaining design standards, and training client staff while traveling up to 25% nationally. A relevant bachelor’s degree and 3–7 years of governance experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support project governance activities across the client portfolio, ensuring alignment with client and organizational standards.
  • Maintain governance frameworks for stakeholder engagement and design standards compliance to promote project consistency and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain project reporting and compliance dashboards for leadership review.
  • Monitor project compliance and performance metrics, including standards adherence, schedules and milestones, and issues across multiple projects.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support client stakeholders, project executives, and project managers via training, clear documentation, and “hypercare support” to ensure governance requirements and reporting are incorporated throughout project design and delivery.
  • Coordinate change management and communications across client stakeholder teams.
  • Maintain records of client stakeholder Points-of-Contact (POCs) and track engagements to ensure adoption and adherence to new governance processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance governance practices, reporting capabilities, and project controls.
  • Promote data integrity and maintain accurate information within program management documentation and reporting tools.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

Job Description

The Project Governance Analyst provides consulting services for our client accounts to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Projects vary from small to large-sized projects for IT infrastructure construction and AV upgrades within occupied corporate office facilities nationally.


This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. Construction projects consist of new builds, site relocations, office re-stacks, technology upgrades, and special client expansion project requests. May require up to 25% overnight travel throughout the US.

Qualifications
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in project governance, PMO, project controls, program management, project coordination, business analysis, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and portfolio management practices.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace suite, especially Google Sheets, Slides and Docs.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
