Interface professionally with company management, contractors, vendors, and government agencies.

Strong geological and project management skills. Ability to work independently and manage the collection of geologic, geochemical, and geophysical databases. Strong computer skills and experience with database management and GIS software (ArcGIS preferred). Understanding of resource calculation processes and the basics of mining economics. Ability to apply sound judgment to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build good working relationships across teams and with outside agencies.
