Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Experience with project/AR/Billing accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day financial management of projects.
• Prepare and distribute project-related invoices to clients.
• Generate and maintain project reports.
• Support the management of Work in Progress (WIP).
• Accurately enter financial data into the accounting system.
• Work with project managers to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Assist with general accounting and administrative duties.
