Mortenson seeks an experienced Project Executive I to provide overall management for large projects, lead the project team, and safeguard key customer relationships while assisting operating groups with winning work.
This role requires interaction with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field, and at least 10 years of construction management experience, with travel up to 50–75%.
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Project Executive I who is responsible for
providing overall management for large projects, leading the project team, and ensuring key and successful customer relations, as well as assisting operating groups with winning work. This individual will have the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
The base pay range for this role is $168,100 MIN - $252,200 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
