Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking a Project Executive for heavy industrial projects with remote work options and up to 50% travel to project sites. You will shape strategy, lead diverse teams, and build trusted client relationships across owners, engineers, and trade partners.

You’ll apply Integrated Lean Project Delivery and the Boldt Production System to deliver predictable outcomes, deepen partnerships, and mentor the next generation of leaders within Boldt.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year engineering degree (construction management preferred) or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience leading complex construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365.

What You Bring

• Four-year engineering degree (construction management preferred) or equivalent combined education and experience.
• Advanced management or technical training preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading complex construction projects, ideally in heavy industrial or related markets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, lead teams, and deliver results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365.
• Valid driver’s license: role may require travel and participation in vehicle programs (subject to MVR review).

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $143,000 - $192,000 annually

Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $143,000 - $192,000 annually; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations.

In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
