Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive responsible for financial results and client satisfaction on large, complex projects. This role is the main point of contact with the client and is accountable for achieving project goals while driving effective team interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of construction experience or 20 years of construction-related experience. Extensive project management expertise is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university and 15 years of construction experience, or 20 years of construction-related experience.
• 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.

Summary

The Project Executive is accountable to the Regional Operations Manager/VP for the financial results and client satisfaction on a large complex project. Main point of contact with the client. Defines staffing requirements and business processes, procedures and systems as required to fulfill project goals. Drives efficient and effective interface amongst functional teams and client. Defines and is responsible for achievement of project SQP goals, contributes to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives, develops co-workers and participates in the business development and planning. Responsible for safety on the projects by perpetuating the IIF culture.
