Job summary

Talently in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead multimillion-dollar design-build and general contracting projects from concept through delivery.   • Ability to manage contracts, procurements, and subcontractor coordination.
  • In-depth understanding of quality assurance, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all phases of project delivery, including design, estimating, procurement, engineering, construction, and post-construction.
  • Establish and maintain master progress schedules, aligning owner decisions, design information, material procurement, and subcontract timelines.
  • Develop and sustain effective relationships with clients, internal teams, and subcontracted services to ensure project alignment.
  • Execute projects in compliance with contract documents, achieving financial targets while upholding quality standards.
  • Organize, manage, and train field and office staff, ensuring adherence to safety, insurance, labor relations, and EEOC requirements.
  • Oversee preparation and submission of owner payment applications, ensuring timely receipt and proper disbursement of funds.
  • Provide senior management with regular updates on project progress, financial status, cash flow, and client relationships.
