RetroAIM, LLC is seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager/Estimator to support our growing operations in Eastern North Carolina. This role is responsible for managing construction projects from proposal through closeout, with a strong focus on environmental compliance, client coordination, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of construction experience—preferably with established relationships in the Eastern North Carolina region. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and demonstrated past performance.
