Job summary

Bartech Staffing in Florida is seeking a Capital Expenditure Estimator to develop, quantify, cost, and provide a complete CapEx model for evaluating projects. You will deliver technical guidance, estimating knowledge, and staffing considerations during the estimating process.

The role focuses on cost-effectiveness reviews, market pricing, and coordination with other departments to align objectives with available resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of experience in capital cost estimates and cost evaluations with staffing considerations.
• MBA/Finance/Engineering preferred; Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher preferred.
• CapEx modeling, construction estimate validation, and cost-efficiency metrics experience.

Requirements - education & experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• 6 - 10 years of experience in capital cost estimates and independently supporting cost evaluations, integrating staffing considerations into estimates

Nice-to-have / preferred skills

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Engineering
• Six Sigma Certification (Yellow Belt or higher) for process optimization
• Expertise in CapEx modeling, construction estimate validation, and cost-efficiency metrics
• Market pricing research capabilities
