• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents.

• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, elevations, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Experience with estimating software such as Bluebeam, OST, or similar platforms.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
