As a Project Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering high‑impact water and wastewater projects. Your work will directly support the success of our clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and lead projects related to water, wastewater, and/or water resource management.
  • Prepare design calculations, cost estimates, technical reports, and engineering plans and specifications with precision and creativity.
  • Accumulate and analyze data, presenting findings in professional reports, memos, and presentations for internal and client use.
  • Take initiative and work independently while collaborating effectively with Project Managers and multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Lead portions of design work and help ensure high‑quality, accurate deliverables that meet regulatory and industry standards.
  • Assist with permitting applications and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate with team members across multiple offices and disciplines to keep projects on track and aligned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
  • Previous experience executing technical studies, analyses, and/or designing and creating plans and specifications for water‑focused projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and be accountable for the results.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently and with a project team and to complete a task.
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee‑owned culture is a must.
