Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Engineer to join a collaborative team delivering high-impact water and wastewater projects. You will crunch design calculations, coordinate across offices, and support client and community success.

Responsibilities include leading design work, preparing plans and reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with Project Managers and multi-disciplinary teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
• Experience executing technical studies, analyses, and designing work for water-focused projects.
• Must hold Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
• Ability to make independent decisions and be accountable for results.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team.
• Commitment to employee-owned culture.

Compensation

$67,000 – $134,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and location.
