Job summary

Messer Construction Co. in Indianapolis seeks an entry-level Construction Coordinator to support safety, site layout and document control on commercial projects.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred; 0-3 years of construction experience required. This role requires the ability to work non-traditional hours, coordinate activities, and assist with shop drawings, submittals, change orders, and daily reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 0-3 years of construction experience
• Ability to work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Support our Zero Injury safety program.
• Lead site and building layout.
• Support the Quality Leadership System.
• Provide document control including shop drawings, submittals, change orders, progress photos and daily reports.
• Coordinate scheduled construction activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
